Each week, "Old Forty Fathom" himself (Captain Haft, of the fishing trawler Spray) is persuaded to tell a tale of exotic adventure on the high seas. This series, which ran for about a year or so in 1929 and '30, was sponsored by the Bay State Fishing Company's Forty Fathom Fish.
